I received this error on the weekend: Rithmic's order plant guardian has disabled your user id

During the weekend, Rithmic can send a false 'notification' due to updates that they run on the weekends. Please try again after market opens at 18:00 EST Sunday.

Temporarily, Rithmic considers the account expired as it does not accept the renewal/payment information that may have gone thru earlier in the weekend until late Sunday. You may receive this error (Rithmic's order plant guardian has disabled your user id, LL00XXXX, reason : User id expired).  

Again, please try logging into RTrader Pro after 18:00 EST Sunday and if you do not see your account on the Dashboard, send us a support ticket.
