How do I clean up failed accounts on my dashboard?

If you see expired or failed accounts still showing in your dashboard, here’s how to address it:

1. Confirm Subscription Cancellation

Start by checking whether the account is tied to a recurring subscription.
If it is, ensure that you have canceled the subscription.

2. Wait for Account Expiration

In most cases, accounts will automatically disappear from your dashboard after they expire.

  • The expiration period depends on the type of account but is typically up to 30 days from the purchase date.


3. If the Account Still Appears After Expiration

If more than 30 days have passed and the account still shows:

  • Log out of your dashboard and then log back in.

  • Check your Rithmic R|Trader Pro platform to see if the account is still listed.

  • If the account continues to appear and it has been more than 30 days since purchase, contact Leeloo Support and request removal from your dashboard.
