Our goal is always to minimize your expenses, so we offer these features as electives.
Billing cycles are from the first through the end of each month. It is not recurring and non-refundable. The best value is to make your purchase on the first of each month as the session will automatically expire at the end of the month regardless of the purchase date. For example, if you purchase a session on the 30th or 31st of the month, you would need to pay again on the 1st of the following month.
To Purchase: Log into your Leelootrading.com members area and you will see a tab labeled Market Access. Click the dropdown menu to reveal these add-on features. Select the option you wish to purchase and follow the steps. Upon purchase, the session will activate automatically. You do not need to contact Leeloo™ with a support ticket unless there is an issue.
1. MARKET DEPTH - By default, accounts include Level 1 (Top of Book) data.
For traders who trade off the chart, this has no impact. Traders using the DOM and want full Market Depth (Level 2) can activate this feature in their member's area (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX).
2. MAX SESSION COUNT
The Exchange charges per session count. If you need a simultaneous Rithmic data connection on two platforms you can purchase this in your member's area.
- If you trade on one platform (other than RTrader Pro) directly on the chart or use Top Of Book DOM and simply need RTrader Pro to monitor your Auto Liquidate Threshold Value, then no extra session purchase is needed. You will just need to log into RTrader Pro in this fashion (Click for photo instruction)
- If you need to be connected to two platforms simultaneously, i.e. NinjaTrader and Jigsaw, you would need to purchase an extra session. If you wish to connect to RTrader Pro with Market Data enabled (to use the DOM) and another platform that does not have an advanced plug-in feature (see below), you would need to purchase an extra session. - NinjaTrader 8, Jigsaw and Bookmap offer a Plug-in connection whereby you can connect to RTrader Pro with data enabled and their platform without needing a 2nd Session purchase. (Connecting to RTrader Pro with Plug-in) However, to use the RTrader Pro DOM with unlimited depth, then Level 2 is still required. Click to enable the "Allow Plug-ins” link on the RTrader Pro login screen, as well as enable plug-in mode in NinjaTrader 8, Bookmap, Jigsaw, or any Rithmic compatible platform that includes this plug-in feature.
